...to get to know Nightfever.
“Nightfever“ is a night of prayer and part of the Nightfever initiative which is rooted in the Catholic Church. Nightfever nights are open churches with a special atmosphere of music, prayer and candlelight. And that at a time when the churches are usually closed. Feel free to come and leave as you want.
With our website we would like to give you an insight into the Nightfever evenings. For that we have collected photos, feedback and press articles.
You get a particularly good insight through the videos that you can find on the pages of the cities and in our YouTube Channel. You can find a lot of other information directly on the sites of the cities.
To celebrate Nightfever you have to be trained by the Nightfever international team to receive permission. If you are interested please contact us.

During a private audience while a conference last weekend, co-founder Father Andreas Süß presented Pope Francis with the book on Nightfever.
He asked for his apostolic blessing for all youth and young adults involved in Nightfever worldwide. The Pope gave his blessing and thanked for the dedication of the young people. He also asks for our prayers for him!
Registration is open now
Come to the Nightfever Weekend in Fulda from 4th – 6th October 2019 and meet young adults from other Nightfever teams and spend a nice weekend with them. You can look forward to a great “Rhöner evening” (evening with traditional food, music, culture) and a great Nightfever together on Saturday evening. Of course, during the weekend there will be enough time to get to know each other better, have fun and pray together.
Further information about the program and the possibility to register can be found here.
The fasting time is a forty days preparation time for Easter. It is given to us as a time to concentrate on Jesus Christ in the Word, the Sacrament and our fellow human beings.
Catholics all over the world are preparing themselves for Easter during this time by fasting, praying, and sharing. Many are giving up special things that they love or they sacrifice them in their everyday life through prayer, time or money for people who need their help.
Nightfever is part of the National Eucharistic Congress “Adoremus”, which takes place in Liverpool from 7th to 9th of September 2018.
At the invitation of the English Bishops’ Conference, Father Andreas Süß and Anastasia Meyers are invited to talk about Nightfever in the 10,000-person Liverpool Echo Arena on Saturday afternoon. You can follow the congress and the talk about Nightfever in a livestream.
On Saturday night Nightfever takes place in the church “Blessed Sacrament Shrine”.
Aside from Nightfever-evenings there are various offers to help you stay on God's path
